Each casting manufactured passes through stringent 3-Stage quality control system.
Stage-1
All input materials are checked and verified to meet the specifications and raw material standards as per individual quality plans.
Stage-2
As per specifications, we check the chemical composition of each pouring heat and visual inspection is carried out during this stage.
Stage-3
The final cast article is subject to:
• Mechanical Properties Inspection
• Hardness Test
• Dimensional Inspection as per specifications.
• Non Destructive Tests.
Other Tests as applicable as per specifications.
All jobs are dispatched only after final clearance by our Quality Control Team.
We have in-house facilities for Radiography,
Magnetic Particle Inspection, Ultrasonic,
Dye/Liquid Penetrant Test, Impact Test etc.
